Infrastructure Manager

An opportunity to join a superb IT company - based in Woking. They are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to deliver best practices and influence for the direction of their IT and Hosted systems as well as responsibility of the day to day management of the environment.

Microsoft qualifications in relation to administration or networks (MCSE, MCSA, MCITP) Proven experience of building and maintaining Microsoft infrastructure including: Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012 Microsoft Hyper V DHCP, DNS and Active Directory Microsoft Exchange 2003 - 2015 Internet Information Server 7.0, 7.5 & 8.0 Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2012 Comprehensive knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and configuration Comprehensive knowledge of PC and Server performance and optimal configuration Proven experience of managing firewalls, routers, switches and other network infrastructure

The successful Infrastructure Manager will be technically astute, have excellent communication skills and the ability to understand the impact of configuration changes within the context of the entire network. They will need to have a pro-active attitude working effectively across a number of different functions.
