Junior Automation Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Automation Developer to join our growing automation team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to work with cutting-edge automation technologies and contribute to transforming business processes. You will assist in designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions across our business systems., * Build and maintain automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar tools.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support integration of bots and automation solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Assist in testing, deploying, and troubleshooting RPA solutions.
• Document your work and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Learn and grow your skills through training programs and professional certifications.

Business & Process Responsibilities:

• Work with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Support process mapping and business requirement gathering under guidance from senior staff.
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional automation

Learning & Development:

• Gain vendor certifications (UiPath RPA Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Blue Prism Developer).
• Develop technical skills to handle increasingly complex automation tasks.
