Job description

Bingel DC is a customer-facing application that suppor ts both teachers and students to meet individual learning goals, prepare lessons, provide instruction, practice and take exams, and monitor progress. Personalized learning with adaptive technology enables every student to progress at their own level and pace. Elaborative feedback and exercises support students and allow teachers to focus on coaching and doing what they do best.

As a Junior Pro d u c t O w n er , yo u will b ridge user needs, business goals, and technical delivery by supporting a defined pro d u c t area and working with a team to translate complex requirements into actionable backlog items. Drawing on strong analytical and collaboration skills, you will investigate user and business needs, define functional and technical requirements, and work closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, accessible, and data-informed solutions. This role combines h ands-on pro d u c t o w n er ship with a deep understanding of educational workflows, making it ideal for someone transitioning from a business analysis or technical background into pro d u c t management.

Your key responsibilities

  • Help to m anage your team's backlog , ensuring clarity, prioriti z ation, and alignment with business goals.

  • Investigate and analy z e business and user needs, translating them into structured requirements.

  • Collaborate with the Team L ead, UX Designers. Developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions address user needs and educational workflows.

  • Create and maintain clear documentation (requirements, flows, diagrams) to support shared understanding across teams.

  • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.

  • Support the identification, assessment, and prioritisation of pro d u c t ion issues and technical debt to maintain pro d u c t stability and long-term quality.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Management?, * Strong analytical and pro blem-solving mindset

  • Ability to investigate and clarify business/user needs and impacts

  • Skilled in stakeholder alignment and facilitation

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
