The Role and Deliverables

Provide actionable insights that support customer retention, loyalty initiatives and commercial decision making.

Work within the Customer Analytics or Loyalty team depending on project alignment and skill fit.

Contribute to the optimisation and rollout of a major loyalty proposition across markets.

Analyse customer behaviour to identify drop-off points and opportunities for retention improvement.

Build automated analytical workflows to support consistent, reliable insight delivery.

Requirements

Strong SQL capability with confidence handling complex queries and large datasets.

Ability to translate analysis into clear commercial narratives and actionable recommendations.

Experience in automating code and productionising analytical workflows.

Exposure to dashboarding tools such as Looker or Tableau.

Useful experience with Python or cloud technologies.

Familiarity with A/B testing or hypothesis-led experimentation.

Background in telecoms, e-commerce or large-scale loyalty environments is especially valuable.
