Security Engineer & Analyst Contracts

The Role and Deliverables

• Provide actionable insights that support customer retention, loyalty initiatives and commercial decision making.

• Work within the Customer Analytics or Loyalty team depending on project alignment and skill fit.

• Contribute to the optimisation and rollout of a major loyalty proposition across markets.

• Analyse customer behaviour to identify drop-off points and opportunities for retention improvement.

• Build automated analytical workflows to support consistent, reliable insight delivery.

• Strong SQL capability with confidence handling complex queries and large datasets.

• Ability to translate analysis into clear commercial narratives and actionable recommendations.

• Experience in automating code and productionising analytical workflows.

• Exposure to dashboarding tools such as Looker or Tableau.

• Useful experience with Python or cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with A/B testing or hypothesis-led experimentation.

• Background in telecoms, e-commerce or large-scale loyalty environments is especially valuable.

• Strong communication skills, curiosity and a commercially driven mindset.
