Job description
As our IT Asset Manager, you will be accountable for managing IT assets across mid tier publishers, ensuring deployment data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with organisational standards.
You will analyse deployment information, work closely with stakeholders, and coordinate corrective actions to address noncompliance, policy breaches, or risks relating to software licence agreements.
You will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of asset management strategies, policies, standards, and procedures, while maintaining the integrity of all asset information within your remit.
Your role includes optimising publisher specific strategies, providing clear and insightful reporting on asset performance, and evidencing process effectiveness and data quality.
You will also support the adoption of new technologies, using automation where possible to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall operational maturity.

Requirements

A proven track record of leading continuous service improvement across digital platforms and IT operations, enhancing performance, reliability, and user experience.

Understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and practices, with the ability to leverage asset lifecycle data to support compliance, optimised utilisation, cost control, and strategic technology decision making.

Pay of £38,772, plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours, and great work life balance., Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of £38,772.
