Senior AI Platform Engineer

We're partnering with a high-growth technology company, supporting them in hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help scale their next-generation AI capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale a core AI platform for LLMs and AI applications
• Develop APIs and tooling for easy AI adoption across teams
• Orchestrate multi-model and agent-based workflows
• Implement RAG pipelines and manage vector search systems
• Ensure strong monitoring, security, and governance
• Automate deployments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams

• Strong software/platform engineering experience (Python, Go, or Java)
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud (GCP preferred)
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (eg, LangChain, CrewAI)
• Experience with vector databases and RAG
• CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code skills
• Understanding of AI reliability, monitoring, and governance
