Job description
We are seeking an experienced Learning Delivery Specialist to support the end-to-end management and delivery of learning programmes. Reporting into the Director of Learning & Delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring programmes run seamlessly across multiple regions.
This is a hands-on delivery support role focused on operational excellence. You will manage programme logistics from initial set-up through to completion, acting as a key point of coordination across facilitators, platforms, venues, and internal stakeholders.

- End-to-end coordination of learning programmes across Europe
- Maintaining training calendars and ensuring accurate system records.
- Supporting virtual programme delivery.
Event & Logistics Management
- Booking meeting rooms and managing venue logistics (London and New York key hubs).
- Coordinating catering, materials, virtual links, and facilitator requirements.
- Managing programme communications and responding to participant queries.
- Ensuring smooth execution across all programme touchpoints.
Stakeholder & Team Support
- Supporting the wider Learning Delivery team with operational tasks.
- Acting as a first point of contact for L&D queries.
- Flagging risks or challenges early and identifying practical solutions.
