Microsoft SharePoint Consultant

The SharePoint Consultant will provide expert-level support, administration, and consultancy for Microsoft SharePoint environments (on-premises and/or SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365). The role requires advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution as well as delivering further enhancements through change to our customers. The consultant will also partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure SharePoint solutions are optimised, secure, and aligned with business requirements., * Troubleshoot complex technical issues across SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, and integrated systems.

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint farms (on-premises) and/or SharePoint Online environments.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize performance, security, and availability.
• Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and service applications.
• Support migration projects (on-prem to SharePoint Online, tenant-to-tenant, or upgrades).
• Experience developing and supporting custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
