  • Continuous Learning: We support your professional growth through ongoing learning opportunities., This is a full-time hybrid role for a full-stack developer located in Bewdley, Worcestershire. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining our platform for teachers, students and schools, and writing clean, efficient code with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. You will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver compelling educational content through interactive digital experiences. This role will be hybrid with 2 days minimum at our office in Bewdley, Worcestershire. We cannot sponsor visas at the present time. You will be working as part of a growing team of 7 developers, with an emphasis on our front-end codebase, and you will also be involved in back-end development. In the last 2 years, we have released over 3 new products, refactored our code to the latest modern languages, and added features that have led to significant global uptake among our core base of English schools. You will be part of the team working on our future releases, helping to improve the design and usability for both teachers and students. You will help coach other team members on coding principles, bring new ideas to how we develop and release new features.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, We're looking for a versatile developer who is comfortable working across the stack. You'll be instrumental in developing new features, improving existing ones, and ensuring our platforms are robust and scalable., * Proficiency in TypeScript, Ideally you will have worked with Node.JS and Vue.JS or similar frameworks

  • Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, Redis).
  • Experience building for Cloud based systems using AWS including RDS
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
