• You develop a customized ERP solution as well as an ERP add-on based on customer requirements
• You are able to capture customer requirements and convert them into value-adding product features
• You actively support the development of variants and solutions
• You ensure that all professional and technical tasks flow into the product backlog
• You regularly coordinate the product roadmap with stakeholders (customer, projects, internal roles) and update it
• You take on tasks related to estimation, budget, and capacity topics
• You plan the corresponding product releases and communicate them to the stakeholders
• You accompany the introduction of new product features and ensure software quality and security with the team
• You ensure that the product knowledge is sustainably recorded by the team
• You actively exchange ideas with other Product Owners and Product Managers in the relevant committees

• You have a business and/or IT education background
• You have several years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role
• You have already worked in software development and are familiar with working with development teams
• You have a good technical understanding, find technologies exciting, and are familiar with working with Jira/Confluence
• You have a quick grasp and an analytical, structured way of thinking and working
• You bring in-depth experience in dealing with customers
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
