SAP Team Lead Development (all genders)

• Planning, developing and implementing high-quality software solutions in SAP ABAP / FIORI / BTP projects
• Building and further developing Clean Core competencies within the team, both in advising customers and in the practical implementation of Clean Core architectures
• Contributing to full-stack development, from programming server.based system solutions to developing user interfaces
• Writing efficient code in accordance with SAP best practices and coding standars
• Responsibility for presales activities and identifying customer needs, as well as developing tailored solutions
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers
• Acitve praticipation in the sales cylce by technically evaluating customer requirements and supporting proposal development and solutions presentations
• Shaping business relationships with our partners, particulary SAP Germany
• Mentoring our young professionals and taking technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous development of both hard and soft skills

• Excellent knowledge of ABAP / FIORI / BTP with more than 8 years of experience
• Knowledge of "ABAP Cloud" development and an understanding of the "Clean Core" strategy
