• Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting customer projects - from conception to go-live
• Development of practical solutions for recruiting processes based on established best practices
• Technical management and control of your own stream in close cooperation with project management
• Contributing in-depth HR expertise to the conception of complex technical requirements
• Implementing technical solutions in a team, including structured documentation
• Preparing and conducting workshops and training sessions in German and English
• Intensively maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Conducting requirements analyses, effort estimates, and assisting in the preparation of quotations for customer-specific solutions
• Supporting colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transferring knowledge
• Mentoring our young professionals
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Recruiting
• Completed certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting or proof of comparable experience
• Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
• In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics and, in particular, HR processes
• High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration
• Business fluent German and English skills
