SimCorp Dimension Developer

The SimCorp Dimension Developer works within the larger Fund Accounting Team to design, build, package, and ensure the delivery of improvements and extensions to existing SimCorp Dimension, including but not limited to, integrations with the technical landscape, building and setting up services, data extraction, troubleshooting defects and performance issues on the database, communication servers, and queues.

Role Details

As a SimCorp Dimension Developer (m/f/d) you will (be):

• Capable of comprehending and analyzing complex requirements and to design solutions to deliver those requirements.

• Acts as Subject Matter Expert on SimCorp Dimension to various stakeholders inside and outside of their direct team, e.g. business and ops.

• Ensures SimCorp Dimension changes and improvements are managed and coordinated according to existing policies and guidelines.

• Primary lead to create and modify documentation, e.g. solution briefs, functional summaries.

• Ensures close collaboration with other functions, such as Quality and Automation engineers, to deliver automated testing for existing and new solutions

• Expert-level SimCorp Dimension with hands-on experience in technical setup, building and setting up services, managing communication servers, code development and parameterization, and trade import.

• Strong Oracle knowledge, including writing and optimizing SQL, performance optimizations, tackle connectivity issues, configure access, and troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience in data extracts, adaptions, and performance issues on SimCorp Dimension.

• Very good analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving

• Very good communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written/verbal) as appropriate
