SAP Senior/Lead Consultant TM (all genders)

These are your tasks:

• Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM modules
• Leading workshops with customer business and IT stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into SAP TM solutions and ensuring alignment with the overall supply chain strategy
• Optimizing processes for transportation planning, execution, and freight cost management
• Collaborating with logistics and sales teams to improve end-to-end processes
• Taking on technical and functional responsibility in customer projects
• Providing pre-sales support during the sales cycle for new clients (preparing prototypes and content, participating in customer meetings as a trusted expert, conducting workshops or customer-focused presentations)
• Ongoing development of hard and soft skills

• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP TM
• Cross-functional experience in SD, LE, or EWM
• Proven success in implementing and optimizing SAP TM processes
• In-depth understanding of business processes related to all TM areas, especially freight and shipping
• Several years of project experience and strong consulting expertise
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration
• Business-fluent German and English skills
