Job description
As a Blockchain Architect, you will work closely with case team members to assess and coach our clients' technology teams, define Blockchain implementation strategies, architecture solutions, and apply your technical know-how and understanding of business contexts. You will be responsible for owning the delivery for a specific project 'module' and help develop technical concepts for that 'module'. Your responsibilities will include designing and selecting Blockchain architectures that align with business goals, meet stakeholder needs, and perform effectively within defined constraints. You will define integration architectures that connect applications, participant organizations, and member nodes within a Blockchain network. Communicating complex architectural concepts through clear, compelling storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial. Requirements
We are looking for exceptional talents around emerging technologies to join us. You would typically have at least 3 years of experience in Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, or the Metaverse. You should possess a strong understanding of Blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts and consensus algorithms. Familiarity with different Blockchain types, including public, private, or permissioned, and public permissioned networks is essential. Hands-on experience with Blockchain frameworks such as Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, and Ethereum (Solidity) is required. You should understand consensus mechanisms used across major Blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Byzantine Fault Tolerant algorithms such as PBFT in Hyperledger Fabric. Being skilled in cryptographic principles and the use of certificates for identity management and transaction authentication is necessary. Experience in database architecture and design to build scalable storage solutions for distributed ledgers and related data is expected. Demonstrating security architecture expertise to ensure the protection of Blockchain systems and applications is important. You should be proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Go, Java, or Node.js, and hold an outstanding academic record, ideally from a leading university. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), along with strong presence, leadership, and teamwork abilities are key.
