Job description

You will work directly with investment professionals to design, build and deploy production systems and automation. There are no BAs - engineers lead solutions from concept through to production. The team is small, bright and delivery-focused.

Requirements

3+ years' commercial Python development
Financial services experience (buy-side or sell-side)
Strong understanding of application architecture & cloud infrastructure
Experience with CI/CD, YAML pipelines and production deployments
Confident working independently and engaging directly with users Stack: Python, Azure, MS Fabric, React Modern engineering environment including AI-assisted development (Copilot/Codex). Ideal for an intellectually curious, ambitious developer who wants real ownership, technical breadth and direct exposure to investment decision-making.
