Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support a SD-WAN/SecureConnect migration programme. This Network Engineer role is ideal for someone with strong Aruba and Cisco migration experience., * Assess existing site network infrastructure and Cisco configurations.

• Identify site-specific variables including addressing, VLAN mappings and WAN details.
• Configure Aruba Gateway policies and update SD-WAN templates.
• Ensure alignment with the SecureConnect reference architecture.
• Produce migration runbooks and documentation.
• Upload, stage and validate configurations in Aruba Central.
• Support pilot migrations and site cutovers, including troubleshooting routing, VPN and connectivity issues.
• Perform post-migration testing and provide knowledge transfer to engineering teams.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to engineering teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with Aruba networking platforms and Aruba Central.
• Solid knowledge of SD-WAN architecture and Cisco-to-Aruba migration projects.
• Expertise in enterprise routing, switching, VPN technologies and Zero Trust concepts.
• Proven experience delivering multi-site migrations within enterprise environments.
• Experience working in large transformation programmes and with Aruba SD-WAN or SD-Branch.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers and project teams across EMEA.
• Comfortable working remotely and supporting scheduled migration windows, including possible out-of-hours work.
