Job description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Integration Engineer to lead the integration of our advanced battery and charging systems into diverse customer platforms. This pivotal role requires a hands-on engineer who can bridge the gap between software, electronics, and mechanical design to ensure seamless functionality from early prototypes to high-volume production.
You will be instrumental in ensuring our products not only meet but exceed performance expectations by establishing robust integration processes and actively improving our systems based on real-world operational data. You will own key customer-facing deliverables, including documentation and diagnostic tools, and will be a primary technical point of contact for external partners.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
- System Integration: Lead the integration of our battery and charging systems across software, electronic hardware, and mechanical designs within diverse customer UAV platforms.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal engineering teams (software, hardware, mechanical, validation) during the integration, testing, and validation phases for both prototype and series products.
- Field Optimization & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field, working directly with customers to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Product Improvement: Translate valuable feedback from field operations and customer interactions into actionable recommendations for our system and hardware development teams to continuously enhance our products.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Schematics?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience: Proven background in systems integration, particularly involving software, electronics, and mechanical components.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings. You should be proficient in understanding C-code for embedded systems, familiar with 3D CAD tools, and have a solid understanding of digital communication protocols.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for diagnosing complex issues in real-world scenarios.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
