Job description
My global client is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the architectural design and delivery of a major CRM and Customer Lifecycle Management transformation programme within a complex, highly regulated digital environment.
You will own the target-state CRM architecture, ensuring seamless integration with core platforms, identity systems, payments, risk engines, data platforms, and governance tooling. The role requires balancing marketing growth, regulatory obligations, risk controls, and scalable technical architecture., * Define and govern enterprise CRM & CLCM architecture
- Architect acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys
- Develop omnichannel engagement patterns (email, SMS, push, in-app, real-time triggers)
- Lead personalization and real-time decisioning architecture (CDP, segmentation, ML models)
- Design campaign orchestration, eligibility logic, and compliant suppression rules
- Define architecture for incentive / bonus systems and associated risk-mitigation controls
- Embed compliance-by-design: data privacy, consent, regulatory segmentation
- Work closely with Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Data, Product, and Engineering teams
