Job description
Your role is to take the well-structured data built by our engineers and transform it into clear, visual, and interactive insights that empower our teams to make better decisions. You will bridge the gap between complex technical data and everyday business questions, ensuring that our "Single Source of Truth" is accessible to everyone. Through creating high quality dashboards and reports you will play a central role in improving service delivery and ensuring we meet the standards of our customers and regulators.
We are proud to be a community based organisation, and as such this role is primarily office based with some flexibility to meet business and personal needs. Applicants should live within a commutable distance to the office.
Requirements
- You'll have experience of working in a similar role, with experience of data migration, validation, analysis and reporting of data.
- You'll have experience of using database programming languages (such as SQL) and relational databases to develop and maintain business and management reports
- You'll have Microsoft Power BI skills or similar tools skills and knowledge
- You'll be a great team player and be able to positively influence others with excellent customer service.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience of working in the social housing sector.
- Experience of using Microsoft Fabric components.

This role is based at our gorgeous and modern dock-front offices in Preston.
