PHP Developer

As a PHP Developer, you'll work closely with other developers and stakeholders, taking ownership of features and improvements to their platform while helping to build scalable, reliable software that makes a real impact on the business. Core responsibilities for this PHP Developer role :

• Developing and enhancing a bespoke in-house software platform
• Building clean, scalable solutions using PHP and Laravel
• Working with modern stacks including TALL (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire) and LAMP
• Ensuring applications perform well across mobile and tablet devices
• Collaborating with internal teams and integrating with external systems
• Contributing to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement processes, Come and join this growing organisation based near Wolverhampton where you will work on large scale business critical systems in a collaborative and supportive engineering environment

• Extensive experience as a PHP Developer using Laravel, Livewire & LAMP stacks
• Understanding of test-driven development (PHPUnit, feature testing)
• Experience managing Linux-based servers and MySQL databases (AWS preferred)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, experioence of managing tasks using tools such as JIRA
• Solid communicator & team player

Salary: 50-55k plus excellent benefits
