As an AI/ML Engineer focused on Responsible AI at GSK, you will help build safe, ethical, and high-impact AI solutions across drug discovery and clinical applications., Tailor and implement Responsible AI methods for various healthcare modalities (genomics, EHRs, images, and text).

Requirements
Degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline (e.g., computer science, computational biology, bioinformatics, engineering) or equivalent professional experience as an ML engineer or data scientist.
Expertise in Python and generative AI, with solid experience in a major deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Deep understanding of machine-learning principles and state-of-the-art modeling approaches.
Track record of research and publications in Responsible AI.
Fast learner ready to develop ML and software-engineering skills in a new domain.
Proactive communication, problem-solving, and proven collaboration across diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience with biomedical data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, EHRs, clinical images).
Contributions to relevant open-source projects.
Background or interest in drug discovery, biology, medicine or ethics.
