PHP Developer

As PHP Developer you will be supporting php development activities on our Game platforms:

• Dutch (partners and social networks)

• German (partners and social networks)

• International (partners and social networks) GameCompany php development team now features roughly a dozen people in two countries.

• As a PHP Developer you:*

• work on further development of our websites, applications and partner integrations.

• understand that heavy duty code like ours runs several million times a day, requiring usage of cache and constant query optimalization.

• work with third party modules and documentation to integrate into Facebook and other social networks.

• An expert in PHP/OOP that knows there's always more to learn. Knowledge of other programming languages is a pré.
• Knowledge of MySQL query programming.
• You are skilled with markup and interface languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, jQuery)
• The personality to match the dynamic field of digital media and -entertainment
• The ability to manage incidental challenges during non-business hours
• Self-supporting and flexible.
• Affinity with (casual) games.
• A completed MBO, Bachelor or Master degree in an applicable field.
• 1-5 years of experience.
