Job description
We're looking for a Senior IAM (Identity Access Management)/ IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) Analyst to drive and support the role of Information Security in all access management initiatives across Rapid7. This role will be crucial to undertake the challenges of operating identity management in complex cloud and hybrid environments by providing a strong security and risk management mindset., + Operate and improve the current access governance processes (such as User Access Reviews) to ensure that regulatory expectations are met while maintaining a strong security posture
- Participate on key projects related to access and identity management
- Expand on necessary access management initiatives (e.g. password audits)
- Automate and implement efficients to run access management at scale, in a challenging tech landscape moving fast
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, tech challenges and attest the execution of security initiatives you will lead
- Collaborate and coordinate with many teams (IT, Platform, Engineering, etc.) to ensure proper engagement and provide visibility and reporting to Senior Leadership
Requirements
If you have experience defining and executing on Access Management initiatives it will set you up for success in this position. Your ability to successfully carry out cross-functional work will require strong communication skills, patience, and a solution-oriented attitude., + 5+ years of experience in access management, identity access management, privilege access management or access administration
- Experience with Sailpoint or other market lead tool on Identity Management and Governance for Unstructured and Structure Data access
- Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g. AWS) and common tech stack for access management (Active Directory, OKTA)
- Experience deploying access management initiatives and collaborating in a distributed environment
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Great capacity for organization, project management and preciseness with a strong sense of delivery
- Experience facing internal and external audits supporting heightened frameworks as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
- Familiarity with Information Security frameworks and standards like ISO 27001/2 or NIST CSF
- Interested in automation, task simplification and reporting / building dashboards
