AI Developer

• Development and integration of AI features into our existing products
• Fine-tuning of existing models as well as training of custom models (from scratch)
• Analysis and preparation of data for AI and machine learning use cases
• Building and optimization of AI workflows and data pipelines
• Close collaboration with fullstack developers to implement intelligent features
• Evaluation of new AI technologies and their application in the product environment

• Solid technical education (e.g., HTL, FH, or university with a focus on IT/AI)
• Several years of experience in software development or AI/ML (adjustable depending on level)
• Very good knowledge of Python (AI/ML)
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and data analysis
• Good knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript and Go
• Experience with databases (SQL/MySQL) is an advantage
• Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Independent working style, initiative, and strong team spirit
• Very good English skills, German is a plus

For this position, a minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement (ST1, standard level) of currently €3,955 gross per month applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, we of course offer a significant overpayment based on current market salaries.
