• Develop HMI/SCADA systems and configure industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethercat).
• Integrate robots (ABB, Fanuc, Staubli) and vision systems.
• Analyze data to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Support machine start-up, testing, training, and troubleshooting on-site.
• Travel domestically and internationally (up to 40%)., Meet Anwesha - recently promoted to Manager, she leads a team of software engineers for our Medication Delivery business.

• Innovative, * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or related Engineering fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of motion control, electrical/pneumatic systems, and CFR21 Part 11.
• Experience with ISO/ANSI/GAMP5 documentation standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English B2+ and Italian proficiency.
