- 2 Days a Year to Volunteer, * Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and external partners to ensure full machine functionality.
- Develop HMI/SCADA systems and configure industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethercat).
- Integrate robots (ABB, Fanuc, Staubli) and vision systems.
- Analyze data to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Support machine start-up, testing, training, and troubleshooting on-site.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 40%)., Meet Anwesha - recently promoted to Manager, she leads a team of software engineers for our Medication Delivery business.

- Innovative, * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or related Engineering fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of motion control, electrical/pneumatic systems, and CFR21 Part 11.
- Experience with ISO/ANSI/GAMP5 documentation standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English B2+ and Italian proficiency.
