Tasks

• Enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS) effectively.
• Manage cybersecurity requests from partners ensuring compliance.
• Evaluate IT solutions and lead security projects across teams., The Information Security Officer (ISO) is responsible for planning, implementing, reviewing and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and thereby advancing the organization's information security and cyber security.

· Enhance the ISMS including the creation and revision of directives, guidelines and technical architecture standards.

· Manage requests from partners in the area of compliance and cybersecurity.

· Identify, prioritize and implement technical and organizational security controls.

· Evaluate IT and security solutions in cooperation with the business units.

· Lead or participate in different information security projects.

· Provide security consulting, coaching and awareness for employees, departments and managers.

· Ensure compliance with multiple security standards, laws and regulations, including but not limited to ISO/IEC2700x, ITAR/EAR, and CMMC., You will be a part of an engaged team with the ambition to innovate space! • Several years of hands-on experience in information or IT security.
• Education in information security or a comparable qualification.
• Solution-oriented mindset with experience in regulated environments., · Several years of hands-on technical experience in information security, IT security, or cyber security (e.g. ISO/IEC2700x, NIST, NIS2).

· Education in information security, IT security, or cyber security or a comparable qualification.

· Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset with high motivation to work in an environment with strict security requirements.

Nice to have's:

· Experience in project management including familiarity with common project management methodologies and frameworks.

· Experience working in multi-cultural environments.

· Experience in aerostructure, military or other, high-security or highly regulated environments.
