Enterprise AI Manager

We're looking for a strategic and visionary Enterprise AI Manager to lead the next chapter of AI transformation at Insights. If you're passionate about turning AI potential into real business impact - this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creation and evolution of our AI vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Drive AI-enabled innovation and transformation across the enterprise.
• Build alignment and collaboration across teams, functions and geographies.
• Define and steward AI operating models, delivery capabilities and enterprise-wide adoption.
• Chair the AI Governance Board and uphold responsible, ethical AI use.
• Oversee compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act and US Executive Order on AI.
• Build and manage a strong internal and external AI ecosystem, including vendors, research partners and industry bodies.
• Establish transparent AI portfolio management and ROI measurement practices.
• Lead programmes to uplift AI literacy and embed responsible AI behaviours.
• Shape decision-making for AI build/buy/blend approaches.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to own the AI platform and technology choices.
