Job description
We are looking for a Junior 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our friendly and experienced team. You will be working alongside a team of 8 experienced engineers providing IT support to a wide range of business clients., * Acting as a first point of contact for client IT support (phone, email, remote tools)
- Logging and updating support tickets in our helpdesk system
- Troubleshooting common issues with:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, basic admin)
- Supporting user accounts (password resets, access requests, onboarding/offboarding)
- Assisting with hardware setups (laptops, desktops, printers)
- Learning how to diagnose networking issues (with support from senior engineers)
- Where issues cannot be resolved remotely, occasional on-site visits will be required.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed an IT apprenticeship or has 1-2 years experience working on an IT helpdesk or within an MSP environment and is looking to further develop and build their career in IT., * Is keen to learn and develop
