As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling Agile teams to deliver high-risk, high-value products and services across the full lifecycle. You will guide teams to optimise delivery, remove obstacles, and continuously improve ways of working, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes. Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will influence team performance, foster innovation, and empower individuals to take ownership-helping to shape resilient, scalable solutions that deliver meaningful results., In this role, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex products and services, guiding Agile teams through the full product lifecycle. You will act as a key point of escalation within squads, ensuring blockers are removed, risks are managed, and delivery momentum is maintained. Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will foster strong collaboration, drive transparency, and ensure consistent application of Agile best practices.
You will take ownership of coaching teams to continuously improve, tailoring ways of working to suit complex environments while supporting planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple teams and dependencies. Your role will be central to creating high-performing, self-organising teams within a supportive and forward-thinking culture.

Lead & coach Agile teams in Scrum, Lean, and continuous improvement practices

Facilitate & optimise ceremonies, planning, and delivery across the lifecycle

Identify & remove blockers, risks, and dependencies to maintain delivery flow

Communicate & align stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

Track & report delivery progress, team performance, and key metrics

Drive & embed consistent Agile best practices across teams

Support & coordinate cross-team planning and dependency management

Challenge & improve processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes

Strengthen & develop team dynamics, collaboration, and engagement

Requirements
You will bring strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional within complex delivery environments, with a proven ability to coach teams, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. You should be confident working across the full product lifecycle and enabling high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-risk settings.
You should have proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

Strong expertise in Agile and Lean practices, with coaching experience

Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and delivery governance
