Founding Engineer

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years designing reliable, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
• Fluent in Go
• Proven track record of building software from the ground up, including infrastructure, CI/CD, and more
• Experience with data pipelines
• Comfortable speaking with customers and taking on multiple roles (support, debugging, operations-you name it). We're a small team, and everyone pitches "OUR baby."
• Strong experience with SQL and a variety of storage systems (vector DBs, GraphDBs, Clickhouse etc.)
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Bonus Points For

• Building data platforms with Go
• Experience building AI agents with Go
• Experience with ML & data modeling
