Location: Prudhoe, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UKRole Type: Temp to PermWe're looking for a highly organised Project Support Coordinator to join our Project Management team and play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, on time, and to standard.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working across multiple teams, and takes real pride in getting the detail right. You'll support our Project Manager with day-to-day administration, document control, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.What you'll be doing Project & Team Support Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and activity trackingAssisting with project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and action logsCoordinating communication across internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to help keep projects on trackDocument Control & Governance Setting up, maintaining, and managing document control systems in line with company and project standardsManaging the receipt, review, approval, storage, distribution, and retrieval of controlled documentsEnsuring accurate version control and maintaining audit-ready recordsProducing document registers and status reports to support project teams and quality checksProcurement & Records Supporting procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and updating logsMaintaining project folders, records, and shared drives in line with governance and compliance requirementsWhat we're looking for Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailA confident communicator, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teamsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of quality management systems and compliance requirementsProficient in MS ProjectsYou'll be part of a collaborative team where your organisational skills genuinely make a difference.
