Requirements
you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, improving financial processes, and working closely with the senior leadership team to provide insight and direction. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and delivermonthly consolidated management accounts Produceyear-end financial accountsin line with statutory and audit requirements Overseeaccounts payable and receivablefunctions Operate withinSage Intacct(or similar ERP systems - excluding Xero) Provide the leadership team withfinancial insights, forecasting, and analysis Continuously improve financial controls and reporting processes Ideal Profile: Qualified ACccountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Experience withinSMEs or scale-up environments Proficient inERP systems , ideally Sage Intacct Comfortable in ahands-on, end-to-end finance role Strong communication skills and business acumen Why Join?
