Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Architect to take a strategic lead across enterprise Workday implementations, driving high-quality solution design and client success.

This is a key leadership role where you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, Engagement Managers, and functional leads to deliver best-in-class Workday solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Functional Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions, ensuring business requirements translate into scalable, future-ready solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Engagement Managers and functional leads, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise
  • Serve as an escalation point across functional workstreams, proactively resolving risks and ensuring delivery excellence
  • Oversee multiple functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation (Core & Advanced), Benefits, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and Learning
  • Identify optimisation opportunities within client Workday roadmaps and support the planning and delivery of enhancement initiatives
