Job description

Are you passionate about ensuring software quality through rigorous testing and validation? Do you enjoy working across teams to deliver reliable, high-performance engineering solutions?, As a Software Quality Assurance professional, you will support laboratory and field validation activities to ensure software and system solutions meet defined quality, performance, and reliability standards. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to support testing frameworks, validation environments, and continuous quality improvement., * Executing laboratory and field validation testing, inspection, and data acquisition to support software and system quality

  • Supporting the design and setup of test environments, test facilities, instrumentation, and validation systems
  • Developing and maintaining test scripts, tools, and software to support verification and validation activities
  • Supporting product and service validation activities as part of the development lifecycle
  • Developing solutions under guidance, within a team, or based on established organizational standards and precedents
  • Collaborating with SPB and EB business leadership, communicating testing needs, project approaches, and outcomes
  • Presenting validation results, insights, and findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Working effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes
  • Leading analytical and testing activities using proven methodologies, tools, and approaches, where applicable

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance methodologies

  • Experience with test environments, data acquisition, and validation tools

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders, * Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at proven experience in Engineering or Technology)

  • Have a proven experience in testing or quality assurance

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams

  • Have experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

  • Have proven ability in problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution development
