Software Engineering Lead (Defence) Newcastle onsite to £140kDo you have technical expertise combined with leadership and strategy experience?You could be joining a scaling Technology Consultancy as they break into Defence sector work, the company has already experienced huge success within the FinTech / finance space as is expanding as a result.As a Software Engineering Lead you'll collaborate with the CTO to lead the Defence software development team, defining and maintaining engineering standards, best practices and technical processes. You'll shape the technical direction, ensuring the team remains up to date with emerging technologies, tools and methodologies. Requirements
Newcastle offices on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday), working hours 0900-1800 with some flexibility.
