Requirements
Small, dynamic dev team of 6 building internal tools for actuaries, underwriters and finance are looking to hire two top-tier Computer Science graduates for their team in the City. Strong coding, maths and logic / problem-solving skills are a must, coupled with the ability to think on your feet, meet deadlines, and build relationships with stakeholders. This is a demanding, high-visibility role that provides an ideal opportunity to learn and develop your skills whilst offering a good degree of ownership and autonomy from the start. Candidate ProfileMust have studied Computer Science or Maths at a top University (If Maths, coding must stand up to scrutiny). Internship or placement experience Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mind Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions quickly Solid understating of at least one language - Python, Java, C# or C++ Solid understating of SQL and some experience of working with large data sets Strong communicator with ability to build rapport Why JoinWork with some of the brightest minds in the industry Strong company culture with lots of training and career progression Meritocratic where high-performance is rewarded Opportunity to make and see a real impact Interview process is 3 stages and decisions made very quickly.
