Requirements
App, and EDMS.Strong knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of managing complex change projects.Skilled in change management, training delivery, and benefits realisation.Certification in PRINCE2 Foundation or similar project management methodologies.Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments.Nice to Have:Additional experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar tools.Knowledge of NHS digital standards, cyber security, clinical safety, and accessibility requirements.Prior involvement in digital modernisation initiatives and service improvement agendas.Preferred Education and Experience:A Master's degree or equivalent in healthcare, IT, project management, or related fields.Extensive experience leading ICT-enabled change projects in healthcare settings.Other Requirements:Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a flexible balance of office and remote work, with onsite presence to be agreed based on project needs.Ability to undertake travel as necessary to NHS Trust sites.Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing, aligning with UK legislation and organisational values.Ready to lead the digital transformation that improves patient outcomes and hospital operations?
