Requirements
development systems to achieve traceability and cross referencingWork within a small design team to complete assigned objectives.Troubleshoot circuits from prototypes, development, and customer returns.Be the key interface for overall system validation and alignment on test plansWork with Engineering to improve validation tests and to define criteria for entry into Validation phase.Establish a disciplined reporting and communication dashboard of project risks & status with respect to quality and readiness for release.Improve the scope and coverage of automated testsAbout You:Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferably with bias towards power electronics).3 years hands-on experience in a Test and/or QA Validation, Compliance or Approval role at system levelExperience of regulatory standards and test methods for Electronics product validation/compliance/approvalsPractical competency in working with external test houses and practical test experience.EMC, Water ingress, vibration, environmental testing experienceAble to carry out practical testing as well as planning and documentationExperience of working with power electronic systemsKnowledge of switching power converters.Knowledge of circuit analysis, and design of experiments.Knowledge and experience in applicable product regulatory standardsWillingness to travel to external test laboratorys occasionallyPC literate with experience in MS Office and databases (good and thorough documentation skills)
