You can be based from any of our Zurich offices.Closing date for applications: 29th March 2026The opportunity: As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in strengthening our understanding of risk and shaping how we manage exposure across multiple lines of business. Acting as a trusted technical expert, you'll provide guidance and insight to the market-facing units supporting robust underwriting discipline and informed decision-making.Working within the Exposure Management team and benefiting from the breadth of expertise across Zurich's UK Technical function, you'll help drive the delivery of our Exposure Management strategy. A core part of your role will involve leading the development of both nat-cat and non-nat-cat exposure processes, including the design, assessment and continual enhancement of Realistic Disaster Scenarios (RDS). You'll also support strategic projects, monitor emerging risks and trends, and contribute to assurance activities and the implementation of Underwriting Guidelines.Collaboration will be central to your success. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure our exposure management capabilities are market-leading and aligned with business priorities.
