Solution Architect (Operational Technology)

What you'll doAs the Engineering Authority/ Senior Network Engineer you will be responsible for the production and delivery of data solutions to support the customers business requirements. You will produce / design for all data solutions including LAN/WLAN using a wide range of products from data vendors including Cisco/Extreme and help deploy WAN services including MPLS/ SD WAN. As part of the role you will responsible for solution implementation, where necessary managing 3rd party suppliers and the production of handover documentation for support and be on a fault support rota to assist with 3rd line issues. In addition you will:

Liaise with Order Assurance , Project Managers/Co-ordinators and Change Management colleagues on a daily basis for the successful delivery of customer services including Project and Provide work on data platforms.

Achieve agreed performance levels in line with business targets, customer requirements and functional SLA's

Escalate issues and potential delays through Line Management channels in accordance with standard procedures to ensure that SLA's are not breached

Provide quality assurance for 3rd party installations and upgrades.
