This is a hands-on technical role where you'll become an expert in our platform and help customers get the most value from it. Whether you already have experience in SaaS, data, or system configuration - or you're a graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving - we'd love to hear from you. Full training and mentoring are provided.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll work closely with customers to help them understand, configure, and use our platform confidently and effectively. Your work will include:Technical EnablementConfiguring and tailoring the platform to meet customer needsAnalysing and validating data using Excel or similar toolsTroubleshooting platform issues and identifying root causesDocumenting solution designs and configuration stepsCustomer EngagementLeading workshops, demos and 1:1 sessions covering advanced product featuresSupporting users in understanding best practice and optimising workflowsActing as a point of escalation for complex customer challengesContinuous ImprovementProviding feedback to internal teams on recurring issues or gapsCreating simple documentation or video guides to support product learningContributing to process improvements and knowledge sharingWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to be an engineer - but you do need to be naturally analytical, curious, and comfortable learning technical concepts.EssentialStrong problem-solving skills and a logical mindsetComfortable working with data (Excel, formulas, basic analysis)Ability to understand how systems and workflows connectClear written and verbal communicationConfidence engaging with customers and internal teamsProactive approach to learning and ownership of tasksDesirable (Nice to Have)Experience with SQL, data querying, or Power BIExposure to SaaS platforms, workflow tools, or low/no-code configurationAny customer-facing or support experienceBackground in finance, accounting, or data processing environmentsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systemsGraduates with relevant degrees (Computer Science, Data, Business, Finance, Maths, Economics, or similar) are strongly encouraged to apply.
