Senior Software Developer

You are part of our growing software team (currently 7 developers) and take end-to-end technical responsibility for core components of the Codikett Cloud-our platform for product authentication, track & trace, and the Digital Product Passport (DPP). If desired, there is the option to work in direct contact with customers. In addition to building stable and scalable cloud services, you design user-centric interfaces and well-conceived user journeys for our international users.

• Development and further enhancement of scalable backend services and APIs for the Codikett Cloud (AWS)
• Design and implementation of modern web UI components using React
• Active contribution to the user experience of our applications (user flows, usability, clarity)
• Independent technical implementation of new features, including UX, security, and performance aspects
• Ensuring code quality, documentation, and a sustainable software architecture

• Several years of experience in professional software development with senior-level responsibility
• High quality awareness and understanding of security and data protection (GDPR)
• Very good knowledge of:

• Java / Quarkus
• React and modern frontend concepts

• Strong understanding of user-centered UI and UX principles and their technical implementation
• Experience with responsive design and complex web interfaces

The classification of the position is an annual salary from € 63,000.00 - 77,000.00 gross/year - depending on qualifications and experience.
