CDT-0002 Cloud Project Manager for CDT Capability Coherence Section

• Leading the coordination and steering of flagship cloud acceleration projects within CDT, ensuring technical and strategic alignment across the NATO Enterprise and Alliance;
• Developing and executing project plans that align with the agreed-upon mandate in the context of cloud adoption, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources;
• Facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and industry stakeholders.

Do you have experience in R?, * Demonstrated relevant experience (5+ years) in driving Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformation within NATO or similar high-security government environments;

• Certified project management professional (PMP, PMBOK, or PRINCE2) with proven experience in ITIL-based Service Management, IT governance (e.g. COBIT) and Organizational Change Management;
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to develop (in written-form) and present complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner.

Desirable:

• Relevant knowledge of NATO Security Accreditation Policy;
• Proven ability to navigate complex multi-national environments (e.g., NATO/military contexts), building high-trust relationships across diverse organizational functions;
• Demonstrated experience in on-premise datacentre operations and/or implementing air-gapped/on-premise cloud computing capabilities.
