Job description

  • You take on the central role in our international IT projects and are the professional and technical contact person for our operations control software.
  • As a process/domain expert, you will advise our customers and play a leading role in the planning, coordination and implementation of our software technologies.
  • Together with our users, you determine their requirements for our software. In addition to analysing and documenting customer needs, you will act as an interface to our software development teams.
  • In the course of software upgrades, you will accompany our customers during the rollout of new features and support them in the implementation of updates.
  • Through continuous exchange, you will be familiar with customer needs and proactively address development potential.

Requirements

  • A completed IT education (HTL, FH / Uni) qualifies you for your role.
  • Ideally, you have already gained valuable experience in IT consulting or other IT disciplines.
  • You are characterized by know-how in requirements engineering and a customer-oriented way of working.
  • As a communicative type, you have a good command of German and English - you enjoy conducting workshops.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 42,224.
