SAP S/4 PP/PM/QM Consultant

• Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and integration across PP, PM, and QM modules.
• Drive S/4HANA transformation projects involving PPDS, MRP Live, Maintenance Scheduling, and Advanced Quality Management.
• Develop Blueprints, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Test Plans, and end-user documentation.
• Ensure alignment of SAP processes with industry best practices for discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing.
• Configure and optimize MRP, Demand Management, Production execution Process
• Should have good Knowledge on configuring PP master data like Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centres, Production Versions.
• Expertise in Capacity Planning, Long-Term Planning, Shop Floor Control.
• Experience with integrations to MES and external production systems.
• Configure Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, and Predictive Maintenance processes.
• Set up Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Notifications, Orders, Measurement Points, and Calibration.
• Experience in Maintenance Costing, Spare Parts Planning, and GIS/Asset Management Integrations.
• Configure Inspection Plans, Quality Lots, Certificates, Notifications, MICs, Sampling Procedures, and Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of QM in procurement, production, and delivery.
• Experience with In-Process Quality, Complaint Handling, and Quality Audits.
• Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Strong integration expertise with MM, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, PS, and APO/IBP.
• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Support integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live activities and hyper care.

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/PM/QM Principal Consultant with hands-on experience in delivering complex SAP implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) modules, preferably with S/4HANA exposure and cross-functional understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes. This role requires strong business consulting skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver end-to-end manufacturing and quality solutions., * Experience in SAP PP/PM/QM with hands-on configuration and solution design experience along with Minimum 2-3 S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Strong ability to write Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Experience with Fiori Apps for PP, PM, and QM processes.
• Knowledge and hands-on skills to handle Archetypes like MTO, MTS
• Knowledge and hands-on skills of SAP PP in Planning, Demand management, Variant configuration, Master data, Shop floor control activities, standard reporting tools, integration with other modules
• Knowledge and hands-on skills of SAP QM in Notification, Inspection, Master data, Quality planning and control, integration with other modules
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Activate Methodology, and modern manufacturing principles.
• Deep industry knowledge: Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing or Heavy Machinery.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Quality Standards (ISO, IATF), and Asset Care programs.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and work independently.
• Fluent in German language
