SAP S/4HANA Application Monitoring Specialist

• Verantwortung für Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des SAP Application Management Monitorings im S/4HANA-Umfeld
• Konzeption und Optimierung des Monitorings von Applikationen, Business-Prozessen und Schnittstellen
• Analyse und nachhaltige Reduktion von Incidents, Systemabbrüchen und wiederkehrenden Fehlerbildern
• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Monitorings mit SAP Solution Manager
• Perspektivische Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von SAP Cloud ALM für das Monitoring von Applikations- und Businessprozessen
• Monitoring und Unterstützung von Services innerhalb der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung von Site Reliability Engineering im SAP-Umfeld

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld mit umfassenden Kenntnissen im Monitoring von Services, Applikationen und Schnittstellentechnologien
• Nachweisbare Kenntnisse in der Überwachung und Verwaltung von SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Diensten
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des SAP Solution Managers und SAP Cloud ALM zum Monitoring von Applikations- und Businessprozessen
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Problemidentifikation und -lösung sowie zur Performance-Optimierung
• Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
