Partner- SAP SuccessFactors

• Lead and scale the SAP SuccessFactors practice across Employee Central and related modules
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients at C-level and HR leadership, shaping HR transformation strategy
• Own business development, including client acquisition, proposal creation, and long-term relationship management
• Define and implement the strategic direction of the firm's SuccessFactors offering
• Mentor and grow a team of consultants, fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee complex implementations, integrations, and platform initiatives (IAS/IPS)
• Ensure excellence in project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency

• Proven SAP SuccessFactors expertise (Employee Central focus preferred)
• Significant experience in client-facing, strategic consulting or leadership roles
• Strong understanding of HR processes, technology integration, and cloud-based HR landscapes
• Track record in business development and revenue growth
• Ability to lead and mentor a consulting team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
• German native or fluent; strong English proficiency
