Job description
As a Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated tests that ensure the reliability and performance of our web-based software products.
You will work closely with developers and product teams to integrate testing directly into the development workflow and help deliver stable, high-quality releases.
This role is highly hands-on, with a strong emphasis on writing code for automation rather than managing test processes or documentation-heavy workflows.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for web applications (UI, API, and integration levels)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and help identify root causes
- Contribute to test strategy and tooling decisions with a pragmatic, engineering-driven mindset
- Continuously improve test reliability, execution speed, and maintainability

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 3+ years of experience in test automation or software engineering
- Strong programming skills (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as:
- Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, browser behavior, APIs) Nice to Have:
- Experience testing REST APIs and working with tools like Postman or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Basic frontend development experience (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Experience with test architecture/design patterns (Page Object Model, fixtures, etc.) Ability to debug issues across the stack (frontend backend

- Knowledge of performance or load testing
