Requirements
- Deep hands-on mainframe expertise (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, batch jobs, legacy integrations)
- Strong architecture and solutioning skills, with the ability to map legacy systems to modern platforms
- Proven experience delivering large-scale modernization programmes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading multi-team or multi-vendor modernization initiatives
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to guide teams through complex transformation
